All of the items are handcrafted from the heart at my home in NW New Jersey.

Custom and Special Orders are our speciality. Allow a few extra days for creation/fabrication due to the fact that each item is handmade, one at a time with love.
I am very partial to one of the teams here on Etsy. Folk art, Primitives and More is an outstanding group of professional artists who support each other. We hold various promotions on Etsy and Facebook. The friendships that have been made through this team have been truly amazing. No member is ever too busy to help someone out. Returns and exchanges
I will issue refunds at my discretion.
Please read the listing in its entirety, all listings state the approximate shipping time frame. Please remember when you place an order on Etsy you are committing to that purchase just like any where else.
Refunds will not be given for an item simply because a customer failed to read the time it would take for an order to ship or the description in its entirety. If you need an item sooner than the expected ship by date please message me, I am happy to accommodate when possible.
If for some reason you find that you need to cancel an order, there will be a 30% cancellation fee if I have already started your order and you decide to cancel. I reserve the right to decline to cancel the order. I do cancel and refund orders from time to time for whatever reason.

Such a cute face as well with the corkscrew curls under her burlap hat. I am so pleased with both my purchases from Cindi. Forgot to mention the weighted bottom, a real plus so she can sit.
